did you know my roof is linking for over a year now?
apparently the guy who owns this house doesn't care that the roof is leaking.
SO while these pictures load...at a painstakingly slooow speed...I will make a poem dedicated to the leak in my roof :)
Across the slab chilled red floors
there's a brown puddle forming
and up above there's dimpled squares falling
There's a hole that keeps growing and a stain that keeps spreading
Steaming heat is building up and out from the furnace
There's a thought that is tingling to surface
This living room, so many things I recall.
That ever gr owning stain above could tell you so many stories
This living room, makes me wonder if it's good to be in the room at all.
Icy white snow piles upon this poor neglected house...
Perhaps the roof is rebelling
after all this part is part of the real building.
yeah for leaks going unfixed for a year and creating serious damage!!!
Booh for my internet being bad lately.

so they always do this 20 Q's thing on Juxtapoz...and I haven't really made anything presentable in a long time. I don't believe it would even matter because my hard drive is basically extremely full... so it'd be hard to post stuff.
So for the mean time. Here's the 20 questions from Juxtapoz (juxtapoz.com) filled out with my answers.
1.What's the first thing you did when you woke up this morning?
trying to remember my dream while checking my text messages.
2.Something about yourself the average person wouldn't guess?
I'm a hopeless romantic who should be shot to be put out of her misery.
3.If you had one day left on Earth, what’s left to be discovered?
So much...but I think it'd be nice to climb a mountain, I never have.
4.What is your first art-making memory as a kid?
I loved 101 Dalmatians cartoon. I remember being at church and trying to recreate the characters I liked.
5.Do you need long periods of time alone, or are you energized by interaction?
I think time alone helps me make pieces that are more of what I want...social interaction can be really great, if it's the right kind of people.
6.Is being in the dark with the lights out frightening or comforting?
it really depends on the situation
7.What's the most non-art involved activity you continually find yourself enjoying?
watching nip tuck...it's a horribly crude show I'm trying to wean myself off of
8.Have you been to jail? If so, why? If not, why not?
never been to jail.
9.What kind of car do you drive?
the invisible kind, I'll prolly get one while I'm home.
10.What’s your biggest non-green inspired indulgence?
road trips, lots and lots of fun road trips.
11.What is the single most important thing you did to breakthrough as a career artist?
I don't have a career in art...
12.Best hustle you ever pulled?
I think selling an old art piece that I did on a whim... I thought it was lame...still bought, selling art can be considered a good hustle.
13.Are you ever bored?
I was all the time when I was a kid, but I don't ever have a boring day now.
14.What excites you?
interesting people and the idea of getting to know them & road trips.
15.2023 will look like . . . ?
more smoggy, crazy clothes, nicer cars, annnd possibly more sad people roaming the streets
16.If you could have a drink with one artist, living or dead, who would it be?
viggo mortensen kind of a modern day renaissance man.

wasted time.

music, the ability to be creative how ever i want, my church, animals, the great outdoors, my friends, and my family.

Be happy, try to progress in a good way,stay true to yourself, and to those that try to bring you down just think to yourself..'So what?' ... and all those obstacles will fade.

Ummm so I recently set out this Email to probably most of my Email contacts...
I thought I'd share it here as well.

I just wanted to take the time to bring to everyone's attention the alarming rate of animals in shelters without a home. Specifically, with what experience I’ve had growing up with dogs. I have always had a great interest in animal science along with learning and understanding the purpose and proper care for animals. As an active S.H.A.R.K. member for the past year and a half, many cases of animal mistreatment and abuse have been brought to my attention. Typically, I find that there isn't much I can do to support what I have found. I recently came across a link (http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.kijiji.com%2Fviewtopic.php%3Ft%3D8002&h=d6dc5f52ab57d868a700c86db03b993b) that brought to my attention something that I have always been passionate about. I strongly believe that people should have more responsibility in owning a pet. It may seem like a cheaper deal to get a dog from a shelter; but they are often poorly socialized, have little immunity to parasites, disease, and are the product of accidental breedings, and carelessly-planned matings. As a result, it is difficult to be certain what you are investing in when you buy a mixed breed dog. Rescue dogs have a higher probability of an owner surrendering if they are of uncertain origin.
I believe that if you are not part of a registry like AKC and CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) that you shouldn't take it upon yourself to breed dogs. Mixed breeds are unpredictable in size, temperament, characteristics, and needs according to their health. It is important to spay or neuter your dog at or after 6 months of age.
In short, everyone can do their part by being aware of illnesses visible when looking for a dog or puppy. It is possible do your homework, and look into a dog breed that suits your lifestyle. There are over 300 breeds of dog which makes it impossible for you to not find one you will love and enjoy. I am not against owning a mixed breed dog. I have enjoyed the life of my best friends dog (Dakota) who passed away in 2007. For almost eight years she added entertainment and love into my life. There are many pets in shelters, and if you get one please be sure you are completely ready for anything. A mixed breed dog can be unpredictable. Lastly, I cannot stress how important it is to spay or neuter you dog
I understand there are several other issues going on in today’s society. I feel that the result of so many animals being left without a home is overlooked. The number is only going to grow, and it is just one more problem I truly believe can be avoided.

Phil Wickham concert in Twin Falls
The flight from Dallas to Seattle was alright I guess there was a lot of terbulance which made the flight get in twenty minutes late. Did I ever mention one think I strongly dislike is flying!??
I spent a few days in the Tacoma area with my friend Cassie and then we headed off for the long trip to Idaho.
The Ice build up on the car was crazy! I'm not in Texas and more that's for sure!
The sun was setting as we got closer.
I hadn't been to a church like this in such a long time. I grew up in a LDS church.
The night started off with the church's worship band.
The spirit was surley felt. Phil Wickham Followed
