Redfish Lake c:

After not falling asleep til 7 am I forced myself up and packed for the trip.
After everyone met up and made 2 trips to the gas station (once for gas and twice because we forgot ice) we were off.
Jason Cassie and I were heading to somewhere in central Idaho. Where it was I had no clue but Jason spoke so highly of it I doubted I'd be disappointed.

We eventually stopped at a Sinclair in Artco. I can still recall the dial-up tone when the debit card was ran through...

After setting everything out at our camp site Jason took us to see the lake! Jason called his mom to let her know everything was fine and that we hadn't died yet.
Despite the fact that It was dark you could tell how clear the water was. I couldn't wait to see it in daylight.

we had hotdogs, pink lemonade, and cookie marshmellow s'mores by the campfire while Jason played us music on his guitar. We all played with something that people always seem want to do... playing with a long exposure with my camera Rexy .

I had a horrible night. It was 25 degrees (Fahrenheit) annnd I thought I had brought enough clothes... I didn't . I didn't get much sleep. I woke up so many times and kept telling myself to just fall back asleep because it'd be warmer in the morning.
After break fest and packing the site up we headed over to the lake and had LOTS-O-FUN.
We Went site seeing around the lodge played in the water and went out on a boat.

The lake lead your eye right to the Sawtooth Mt.s

While out of the boat me made a stop and searched out for possible awesome future camp sites.

The boat ride was great and the sites were amazing. Everyone was tired.... so we piled into the car and headed home.

Something I had always heard of was craters of the moon.
The drive over there wasn't too far out of the way...

Thankfully there was still a bit of daylight left!

At first we decided it's be better to go on foot.

...but then we realized it'd be more time effient to drive.

On the way back to getting the car I became distracted by a overly shiney reflective surface. In time ... so did everyone else.
Jason Cassie Rexy (my happy little camera) and I all make some cooly shots.

At a certain point we realized the bug problem on the windsheild was too much to handle....
so we made a stop and filled up the tank.

THen after that happy little momment we headed home for what is home for me now Rexburg, Id.

Here are some pictures by Cassie that Aren't up here.

ICE CREAM STOP!!! Yessss!
